We are very happy with the service received from The printed Pen site. We required our pens at very short notice and Amy Riley was very helpful in ensuring we were able to have the pens delivered on time.

We are very happy with the quality of the pens we ordered and, more so, delighted (and surprised) with the excellent, high level of service we received throughout the transaction.
Thank you, we will be back.....

Phil and the team were able to assist me in creating some great quality pens for my business, they were quick with response times and had my product made and delivered in record time, they were also very competitively priced. The product itself was exactly as we wanted it, really good quality and so far the pens we have handed out to our customers have all had great feedback. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you.

I ordered 250 pens to give out to guests at an event as a gift. They sent me an email immediately after receiving my payment, informing me of the timeline. I then received an email with the proof to approve. My pens arrived almost a week before the estimated date and the quality is excellent. They then followed up with an email to make sure everything was fine with my order. Excellent service and excellent quality.

Very prompt efficient service - would recommend

I approached Phil with a specific brief and incredibly short timescale. He was nothing less than fantastic throughout - responding to emails promptly and providing revised quotations as requested.

The pens were high quality (we've had numerous compliments!) and look fantastic. The Printed Pen Site have been great to deal with and I'd use them again without a doubt.

Very fast responses to emails, great customer services and brilliant quality pens

Excellent service, made all changes I asked for. Brilliant customer service when I kept double checking things. Delivered very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We placed an order for 1000 personalised wooden pencils. It was all very easy, after sending our artwork over they emailed back straight away with previews of what the pencil would look like & edited until we were happy. From then placing the order they were delivered within a week & look great!

Very happy with the service and products received, the pens are good quality. Colour and design is exactly as described.

great team work while our initial contact went off on annual leave but brilliant service from start to finish. I'd have no reservations in recommending

Excellent gifts for our leavers. The staff are always helpful and make sure our pens are delivered in time so our pupils are not disappointed on their special day.

Good price for a great product. Communication was brilliant, no quibbles about sending samples out. Offered suggestions regarding print on the pens for better readability and very friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks Amy and team.
