Great prices, service and support
I have ordered a number of parts for bike builds from TPC. The parts have always arrived quickly and sold at solid prices. On one occasion, I needed some technical assistance with an item that was an open box order. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of tech help on the query. It really bailed me out of a conundrum. I highly recommend TPC.

Pro’s closet always comes through
Pro’s closet always comes through, they bought my mtb at a fair price , I used the you tube video to pack it up , easy drop off at UPS and money was in my account within days I buy parts from TPC as well, they are competitive and delivery is fast

If you wanna get hilariously low balled or REALLY need to sell a bike, go here.
Its gotta be hard to run a used bike marketplace, but I’ve also been disappointed in my experiences trying to sell bikes to these people.

Very knowledgeable staff. Good selection of quality bikes. The used bikes were refurbished into excellent condition. In the 3 months since I’ve had my TPC, I’ve had zero issues and it rides ‘like new’. There’s a lot of value in buying from TPC

Great customer service…
After delivery a representative followed up with me to verify that everything was good with the delivery and asked if I had any tech questions on the bike. They then followed up on my questions. Great customer service!

Bike life
Previous customer, no issues purchasing products. Decided to trade in my road bike, process was easy. Paid the same day the inspection was complete. Would purchase/trade up again the future.

No issues!
I have been shopping at The pros closet for some time and had no issues with online orders and even selling my bike and wheelset. They offer some great deals and coupons which I really appreciate! I wish they offered better free shipping options as it only applies to certain items but otherwise it's a great place to shop

This was my first purchase through The Pro Closet, and not a small purchase (Specialized S-Works Ruby) and am extremely happy with both the bike and the entire experience.

Great experience
I called the Pro’s Closet prior to purchasing a CPO Santa Cruz 5010. They answered all of my wand helped me compare a couple of other bikes by spec and geometry. I ordered the bike after more than one conversation. The bike arrived in the condition as described and was simple to assemble. After a few rides, I had my LBS make a few adjustments, and the bike continues to perform well one year later. I feel like I got a good deal on a great bike.

Great bikes at a good price
Great bikes at a good price. This was my second bike purchase through TPC. Both were really good experiences. I would definitely recommend. They shipped the bike fast, the carrier had a pretty significant delay, but that’s not their fault.

expert guidance and information regarding the specific carbon wheel set was helpful. The wheels arrived promptly and they were of great quality at a much lower price than buying them new.
