Brought a set of wheels from them and they arrived in a excellent package with no damages to report. Prize was decent but I thought it could have been a bit less. I was also putting my CerveloS3 2021 model for sale and wanted to know how much they would offer me for my bike with full Sram Red 12 Speed setup , I honestly would have to say their offer was not pleasing to me so I kept it . I still would always go to them if I am looking for some for a fair prize , whether it be componets or a bike frame , some prizes are fair base on the product you are looking at.

Bought a 2022 Trek Top Fuel 9.9 XTR - pretty much my dream bike. Got a $10k bike new at half price in excellent condition - this was a great deal! Bike came in a very nice box - great job on wrapping and shipping it. Customer service was right there to answer any questions I had on it up front. Overall, very happy with this purchase, this turned out to be an amazing bike!

Highly recommend! Bought 2 bikes a gravel and mtn. bike. Both were great! The Specialized man. bike was too big so I returned it. Such an easy process.

Got a decent deal on getting the bike but disappointed with the buyback offer. Was hoping to get a good offer so we could put the money towards another bike from you. You could have made more money on the trade in but it wasn’t to be. Won’t be using your store again!

However the info on the POC helmets was wrong: the size charts on the Ventral MIPS and the weight of size M was not correct. When asked the support rep about the helmet weight, as it was controversial, he could not confirm it for me, though it is clearly marked on the box. As a result I got the helmet that is too heavy and too big.

Excellent products! Very poor customer service. Make sure to get your bike tuned immediately. A handful of mistakes in assembly were found. Also small missing parts, critical for the longterm carbon health.
