Nice selection of bikes not at full retail

Offering me less than 1,500 for a very lightly used Pegoretti Marcelo w/ Campy Super Record 12 is an insult. I severed all my ties with Procloset and will no longer take my bikes for service there.

I like USA companies that you can speak clearly to without the hassle of a huge network of service agents. Great company top notch gear, absolutely stupid to spend money on new equipment that is way too expensive for the average cyclist.

Got what we needed and were able to try everything on… something that is increasingly difficult in this stupid day and age of internet shopping. Also the people at this particular store are really good people. I only hope/ wish this store would grow and have more selection.

Incredible collection of amazing used bikes! All the team members I dealt with were extremely helpful and the bike I got, a 15 lb Kestrel, is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend The Pro’s Closet!

I’ve been a TPC customer for many years. They have excellent customer service and great products at reasonable and fair prices. Buying used bikes and components online can be risky, but TPC takes the risk and uncertainty out of the equation.

Customer service was fantastic, charger was missing for our e-bike and they sent one right away without a hassle.

These guys are really coming from the “pro closet”. My bike came ready to be ridden in no time. They included an assembly key to tight bolts. I am very happy with their service and I would buy another bike from them.

Premium prices for premium products. I'm fine with that. Great follow up and follow through with minor issues that have been resolved to my satisfaction with very little effort on my part. Again, if you're looking for a bargain basement deal, there are the usual suspects online to find them. I don't go cheap on things that bring me so much joy.
