Gloves great, but glove sizes are poor. XL means 'medium'. If you have large hands forget these gloves.

MG Chemicals 408C renue arrived here without any safety instructions or how to use the product. I contacted the supplier and downloaded pages of information (costly paper and ink!). I applied the product as instructed and very disappointed with no result. Expensive waste of time and money!
Update: Following a fast response to the above from Harry, I have received full refund and a promise that the supplier will try to find a more suitable product to renew a vintage rubber mat. Top marks to Harry for resolving my complaint.
