I am waithing for over a day and a half for customer service
I am waithing for over a day and a half for the support team to provide me with an activation code by phone. This option is available on the software when your machine does not have internet access.
We have decided not to allow our client's data and information access to the internet for security reasons and also to ensure no viruses attack the data.
I have done this for many years now and tried to do it yesterday at 09.00 i was told they would find out how to do this !!!! despite it being done for over 10 years.
I am now waiting for customer support to get a code from Debbie who for some reason they do not know her whereabouts and has no phone number.
Customer service ???? I dont think so
Accounts Package Nightmare
I had a system problem with the Accounts Software. I was asked to send a back-up & copies of any data files that I had relating to the issue, which I did 4 weeks ago today. I still haven't got any response as to when the issue will be sorted. Just constantly told it's with Developers. A manager rang after a recent complaint, apologised & said she would personally call Developer(s) & come back to me. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting on her call. It seems nobody in this business knows anything about the accounts package.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Information was accurate, and query response times were fast. Answers were clear and detailed, and issues were resolved quickly. The setup process was very smooth. Brightpay is an excellent tool, easy to navigate, and bespoke reporting is easily managed. I highly recommend this product.

Very helpful staff in dealing with issues that have arisen over the last 12 months. Not happy that the price shot up after 2019

I have always found Thesaurus helpful when in trouble and the amount of Webinars they have done over last 2 years have been amazing and so helpful to me and many others. To order the new tax year software is simple and there is always someone on hand to help if any issues arise.

I have used this payroll package for many different companies for about 15 years, it’s an excellent package and very user friendly. Their customer service is second to none and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Your Webinars are excellent
Your Webinars are excellent. Especially since the arrival of Covid, all the different support schemes for our clients were quite baffling (obviously when we had never heard of them before) but the Webinars & support we got from Thesaurus were second to none.

Thesaurus payroll system is just…Brilliant
Thesaurus payroll system is just brilliant. It is so easy to use, yet is very comprehensive. It quickly, and easily, gives you all the data you could possibly need, and has a seamless interface with Revenue. The support, though very seldom it is needed, is fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. I just could not be without it.
