Absolutely brilliant! 10/10 customer service - delivery faster than expected, unbelievably fast - packaging was great - did a phenomenal deal and just can't wait to get snowboarding! Darren was really helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to finalise my board and binding choices. It was great to be able to talk it through with someone who knew their stuff and he was very patient with me as I agonised over which combos would work/look best! Shipping direct to Chamonix was also painlessly arranged and the final prices were among the most competitive on the web….now I just need to pluck up the courage to tell the Wife about the newest addition to the family….

Online order process is quick and easy, the order arrived very quickly.

Have used the shop over a number of years & purchased on seperate occasions boards, bindings, protection, clothes & also skateboard stuff (jeeez, thats a fair bit..). Its always a friendly place & will get sound independent advice - ie many a time it's not about buying the most expensive model nor the biggest label gear. They're also happy with the presence of the local young skate & scooter kids (who more ofen than not wont be spending heaps of money) - & that says quite a lot for a modern day shop.
Highly recommended. Much better option than any high st chain. There's even a decent curry house next door.

I have just been into buy some new boots and, as always, fantastic service offered by the staff. Welcoming, relaxed advice with no hard sell, variety of brands stocked and competitive prices!
I have used The Snowboard Shop since it opened and, over the years, have pretty much bought my whole set up from there and got to know some of the staff. I highly recommend this shop as once you've used their fantastic, personal service you'll be a customer for life!

i've used the snowboardshop ever since they have opened and have never been disapointed by the team working there. Any time i've needed advice on gear, locations, ride advice or just a simple 'do these colours go?' they've always answered with honest answers. they've never sold me something that hasnt been right for me, unlike a lot of places they wont sell you something just to make the money. keep up the good work guys and girls and i look forward to shredding with you in the future.

I ordered online a 158 yes the greatest from abroad and once in uk it was delivered on time to the address I specified . Everything was smooth except some troubles during the order because I was using a non uk credit card , I recommend to use a uk credit card. The follow up by Darren was spontaneous and excellent until I supplied him with the transaction code which enabled him to dispatch and deliver the board on time . I recommend the site for thegood price an the follow up they are ready to make in order to deliver on time the ordered items.

I've been buying not just all my boarding gear from The Snowboard Shop, but the gear for all my kids too - and for over 5 years now, I've consistently been delighted with all the gear and help I've had.

This Christmas I had the most amazing day flying through powder making fresh tracks with my 11 year old hurtling down beside me on a new kids Burton custom whooping his head off - all on great gear from the snowboard shop - I'm still beaming from ear to ear when I think about it.

The guys here really know their stuff, give no nonsense advice and have without doubt improved my riding - I just can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently visited the shop in search of some new boots. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. I think I spent about an hour there and they let me try on pretty much every pair they had in my size to make sure I got the right fit. I never felt I was being rushed or pushed towards an expensive product that I didn’t need.
Their prices are very competitive and I will be going back to see them if I need anything else.

A brilliant shop, lots of gear, lots of help and attention along with buckets of knowledge, I recommend to all.

I have been living in fleet for 3 years now and since the first time i went to the snowboardshop i never go anyway else to get all my gear. The guys at the shop are always so helpful and knowledgeable. I put a lot of my boarding progression down to solid advice i get which ultimately leads to the gear i buy from them and allows me to feel solid and comfortable out in the mountains.

I would recommend the snowboardshop to anyone needing new gear and advice. Their pricing is always competitive too.

I went to the Snowboard shop looking for a new pair of boots. My old Burtons were soft and useless, and Darren (?) ( I think that was his name.. tiny guy with black hair) hooked me up with a sweet pair of Vans!
He was really knowledgeable about how the boot should fit and feel, and even let me strap into a board so I could see exactly how they would look on! They had a heat molding machine there, and a pretty big selection of brands, Burton, 32, Nike.
I would definitely reccommend The Snowboard Shop, and will be shopping there again for sure!

My boyfriend and I have been using the Snowboard Shop for the past couple of years and always find the owner and staff extremely helpful and friendly. The quality of products are always brilliant and they would always be my first point of call.

The staff are very knowledgeable about the range of products sold. They are attentative and take time to understand your needs and adivse accordingly. Prices are competitive and the shop has an excellent range of high quality gear. All round great service!

They couldn't have been more helpful. They ordered in what I was after and communicated regularly to let me know when items were in. I will definitely recommend this shop and will definitely be returning.

I've purchased a few items from The Snowboard Shop over the last couple of years and they've always given good advice and posted items very quickly. They stock a quality range of products and seem to want to sell you gear that is most suitable rather than most expensive, which is unusual these days. I wish them success.

I think this shop is brilliant. Staff are very friendly and will do anything to help. I live in liverpool and they realli helped me make an exchange. Excellent recommended to alot of friends who snowboard.

I purchased a board, bindings and jacket from the snowboard shop. They guys were so helpful in advising what was best for me, and the price was really competitive.
I would certainly shop there again and advise all my friends to do so too.
The service is so much more personal than in the big chain shops.
