Very toxic place to work, always seems the loyal employees get the short end of the stick. Training is no existent. No employement rights for up to 2 year. Management structure is terrible. Management turns a blind eye to a lot which shouldn’t be. Employees get let go and is never back filled so rest of team has to suffer the sort falls.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for this organisation, and Jane Tate in particular.
It’s rare these days to find really good customer service. But Jane was exceptional in amending the details of a large order of wood fuel to avert a potentially very awkward delivery to a wrong address at very short notice - and with no hint of frustration; just calm friendly and efficient operation.

Andrew at TSP also visited our premises to understand how our business operates and how they could incorporate this in their fulfilment plan. He was fantastic throughout the whole process. Although due to some internal changes we didn’t end up going ahead with their services, I would still definitely recommend TSP.
