I purchased the sterling silver snooker player tie tac for my husband as a part of his Christmas present.
Despite my order being very near to Christmas i had ordered it on 23rd and received it on Christmas Eve. The delivery was very quick and efficient and beautifully presented in a lovely box. I had also received regular updates on its journey to me which were very accurate.
When my husband opened this gift on Christmas day he was over the moon. As a former professional player he absolutely loved it. It was exquisitely made with perfect details extremely high quality and looks so much more expensive than the price paid. Its absolutely gorgeous and so nice to find something like this as i find it hard sometimes to find a snooker player when looking for snooker gifts. Thank you so very much we highly recommend this company and we have our eye on something else now for a gift for a friend and shall look forward to ordering it soon.

Having noted mixed reviews on Trustpilot, I was unsure about placing an order with The Tie Store, but they had items I wanted that I could not readily find elsewhere.

I ordered three items (a silk tie, a matching silk pocket square, and a tie bar/clip) very late Wednesday evening with standard 3-5 working day delivery, and they arrived on Saturday morning.

The items were well packaged and protected, in perfect condition, and all of very high quality.

Unfortunately I can’t give any less or I would.
I bought a silk tie from one of tie stores companies, tiesilk.co.uk it took over 2 weeks to receive the over priced tie.
It didn’t come with any invoice or paper work. Delivery took so long it missed the wedding it was purchased for.
Having now read the reviews on this company, I would never recommend or buy anything from them again.

Poor quality ties. Silk tie returned due to poor quality and looked nothing like the website image, refund took ages to process and postage fees etc all lost.

Got my 2 new bags today! What can I say? Beautiful products, excellent super fast delivery, fantastic price. When my finances permit again, I’ll treat myself to another one of those gorgeous leather bags in another colour! They even smell beautifully of genuine leather

Ordered 2 ties totalling £54.48 for my son and I for a funeral. No communication, no product.

Avoid at all costs

Absolute joke of a company. Recieved an off-white handkerchief instead of a white one to match the tie I had just bought from them. I was then told that I should have bought an ivory one because unlike the rest of the world they have decided white is ivory and ivory is white. Seems like they just decide names at random, never mind what it looks like. Absolutely no interest in making good on the situation basically all the help of some dodgy wheeler dealer. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent quality ties — so difficult to find anything similar on the high street.
Highly recommended.

Update 18/09/23 : tie store return to me and explained the error was fully with Royal Mail and helped me with a refund. Overall quite good. Hope royal mail process improves.

Date 16/09/23: Nothing was solved. I've explained that I've ordered the next day delivery for a wedding but the royalmail didn't allow me to choose a date and time since I work fulltime.
Royalmail came twice and instead of leaving the tie they left 2notes that no one was home. Customer service basically said to wait. I've waited, had to buy an alternative tie last minute for the wedding in another store and now royalmail says they don't know where the parcel is. Ridiculous! Worst service ever. Don't buy here.

Disgusted with the beyond poor customer service from Chris. My partner returned a number of items and has not been refunded for all due to an error on the return slip which is simply human error. As the items were returned to him in one parcel the refund obviously should have been processed. Chris is a liar and a thief who has decided not to process this because he thinks he has some ‘evidence’ which is just a return slip that was not filled in correctly?! When he was called out on this he has since failed to respond to any communication. Disgusting service. Day light robbery - do NOT buy from.

I returned 6 out of 8 items by post (at a personal cost, may I add) and I was only refunded for 5 items. I forgot to mark one item on The Returns slip as returnable, and, as a result, Chris (who I assume owns the company) decided not to refund me for a Tie Bar, which I 100% packaged and sent back for reimbursement. Hey has since evidenced the return slip - which I reiterate was not filled in correctly - as reason enough not to send back the £21.99 that I am owed. He has failed to respond to any of my communications since, and his responses do not convince. Utterly appalled - I've essentially been robbed. Do not trust this seller.

My experience was excellent. Aside from some minor issues with the website my order was delivered very quickly, exactly to spec and everything was high quality

Ordered a black tie for my wife’s funeral, two weeks after she was buried, still not delivered.
Complete waste of time, money and hope. NEVER again !

Ties are nothing special so decided to return my purchase, cost me more in postage than the actual value of the substandard products.

I never received the tie which I ordered. And even didn't get money back. This is not first time this happened. This company is some kind of stealers . Don't trust this company. !!!!!

Awful customer service from Chris. All items returned in full, unworn & a Full refund not received, I have followed up 4 times with no response in regards to my request.

The final response from Chris was extremely unprofessional, absolutely appalling customer service skills.
