The Wimborne Clinic Avis 

Unpleasant, nagging cervical pain throughout Sunday July 5th - headaches to go with it! Called in to Wimborne Clinic on Monday morning July 6th and spoke with Nicki on reception - great as ever - and explained that I needed to see physio asap. Steve, my usual go-to guy was fully booked for the day so Nicki suggested Reuben Elcock who had a spare 'slot'. I waited no longer than 5 minutes and was with Reuben for one hour - brilliant. Reuben discussed the problems I was having and then started his physio magic. A complete and fully comprehensive examination/treatment within that time - my cervical pain much reduced with group of exercises e- mailed (+ video)to me to work through at home. Follow up treatment next week. A wonderful cliic for all physio needs.

Good treatment and advice. I felt that Richard really listened and responded to what I said. He knew exactly what my problem was and how to treat it. None of that 'how would you rate your pain level today' nonsense that you often get with other physios!

Both my husband and I were very happy with the treatment we received today.
We were also given an appointment very quickly after requesting one.
Very impressed by the service.

Marvyn has been a great help to me and an ongoing shoulder issue - His understanding of the issue and enthusiasm for getting it better has really helped me make the most out of the sessions with him and then take on his exercise programmes into my day to day and am now starting to see the benefits of it all.

Richard and his Team are outstanding in every way. You go to them with a problem, annalyses, treats and cures within an unbeilivable short time. There is never any pressure on you in any way, they only recommend the number of visit necessary to your needs. Overall good value for money considering the pain and discomfort you came in with initially.

Richard has been treating me since 2001 (believe it or not) and he's brilliant. Basically you go along to see him with a problem, and he makes it better. Maybe it takes a few visits and it certainly takes some work on my part. But there hasn't been a physio need that I've had that he hasn't solved. He's particularly good at sorting me out when I end up doing stupid things to myself skiing. I've lost count of the no of times he has fixed me up! Thanks so much Richard!

I saw Richard Goddard after issues with my back. After three sessions of stretches & manipulation of my back, I'm feeling much better. Richard has given me some exercises to do at home which is really helping to strengthen my core. I can't praise Richard enough, his treatment has been excellent. I found the whole experience excellent & their reception staff are very friendly & helpful 😀

Amazing Richard Goddard never fails to diagnose and treat, successfully, whatever the problem.

I've been treated by Richard on and off for over 25 years, for hip, back, neck and now shoulder issues. He always explains in detail what's happening in the area of pain and combines massage/manipulation with giving you exercises to improve your outcome. I have seen one or two of the other therapists occasionally and also had positive experience/results. Receptionists are always friendly and helpful and it is relatively easy to get appointments. I would not hesitate to recommend The Wimborne Clinic and particularly Richard Goddard.

This Clinic is not short of amazing. From friendly reception staff to highly qualified physiotherapists. I attended the clinic as I was suffering with a frozen shoulder - really painful. However, the treatment I received from Steve Patrick was exceptional. I can truly recommend this clinic.

I have been to the Wimborne Clinic several times over the past few years with various painful joints. Each time the Physiotherapist listened carefully, checked me over and diagnosed the source of the problem. In each case he was able either to treat the problem or give me a treatment plan to carry out at home. Always successful. Highly recommended!

Firstly, welcoming ambience in reception. Plush surroundings. Juliet was my practitioner. Extremely thorough physical examination of my walking problem. Done with humour and a light touch. Identified the areas of weakness. Emailed a program of exercises to remedy them before I got home. Can't wait to start!

Marvyn is a very engaging personality and this helped put me at ease right away . He drew out of me the problems that led to my injury, thus making a very accurate assessment of what treatment was needed. He was able to then proceed to elevate the pain and point the way forward .
