The Wood Yard Avis 

I went to order wood for a raised bed in the garden, Justin was helpful on the phone, offering advice of what I wanted, and alternatives. I went down to “view” and one of the other workers there showed me the wood that was available, also offering advice. When I chose, they offered to cut it to length( which I took, as it saved me the job), and offered delivery( which I also needed). Delivery was due the next Monday, and they worked with me to get a suitable time. On Monday their driver was sick, but they phoned to explain, and we organised another suitable time.
The price was good compared to other places, and their customer service (which in my view is even more valuable than cost) was brilliant.
For a single woman (of a certain age), they treated me with respect and courtesy. I would always go there as a first choice from now on, and recommend to my friends.

Personalised service second to none. The knowledge base was amazing and so, so helpful-I didn't even know it existed. Got everything I wanted plus more- but the lad serving made some suggestions- looked at the measurement requirements and said he could cut from one large sheet- the cutting was perfection- cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you Wood Yard...

Poor. Your local pizza or Dominoes will be much better. They are busy so no other options. Had to wait over 2 1/2 hrs for a take away. Nothing special. Drive to Dominoes or go elsewhere.

Me and my 5 children and husband came here to have a lovely drink on a nice summer day so we came to sit down and this extremely rude employee came over and started shouting at us to move because she didn't know if it was booked she had pigtails and without hesitation kicked us out so we are not very impressed.

Called in to purchase a small item and was told by the woman behind the counter that she would refuse to serve me as i was not spending enough,"its not worth putting the paper in the printer" she told me.have shopped elsewhere since
