My Amazon seller account was suspended…
My Amazon seller account was suspended for no reason and Amazon would not provide further information to help. I spoke to Thompson and Holt who reviewed my account history and they found the reason, it was an error on my end. 4 days later my account was finally reinstated with the help of Laura.

Third company I had used
Third company I had used. I tried a cheap company first their work was awful, shouldn’t have bothered. I then tried a money back guarantee company. They put me in an even worse position and will not give me any money back. Tried these as a last attempt, and they were great. Reinstated in a couple of days.

Wasted $950 US. Account is in worse shape.
Claims to be a bespoke service but they just use long generic templates that don't really address the issue. Asked me to include documentation that wasn't even specific to my case, that Amazon had t asked for. Very wordy letter, not a concise plan of action. After 1st appeal was denied they didn't respond within 24 hours. I had to provide very detailed information as to the suspension and what Amazon was getting at. In the end I wasted 2 more appeals with Amazon and now they won't reply anymore. I wasted $950 US and my Amazon account is now in worse shape after their appeal letters than before. Amazon recognized the template Thompson and Holt uses and automatically rejects it.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Working with Amazon can be very frustrating and unfortunately having repeat appeals rejected is part of the process. Some months we see multiple appeals rejected and in other months many appeals are successfully reinstated on the first attempt. There are plenty of theories around this, we just accept it and will continue to work with our customers to reinstate their accounts.

After 6 years of zero issues of selling…
After 6 years of zero issues of selling on Amazon I was distraught when my account was suspended for confirmation of orders priori to shipment. Several recommendations were made on a sellers WhatsApp group and I spoke to Simon at Thompson and Holt. 36 hours later my account was deactivated and I had access to my funds.

The dont want to help me after payment…
The have written an appeal and Amazon accepted it, 3 days later, my account, which wasn't even trading since the reactivation amazon has blocked the account once again for the same Asin which has already been removed before the appeal, for the same previous reason, I have forwarded the email and this company wants another £700 to resolve it???? They are advertising as unlimited support which ia false....
Be aware of this company.
