Thompson and Holt Avis 

These were the second company I tried. The first was a supposedly no win no fee company who will not give us money back now. Thompson and Holt were a different class. Reinstated in 4 days.

Amazon suspended my business account because they claimed it was related to another account. I have only ever had one account. After weeks of appeals and getting no where as a last resort I tried an appeal company. I’m glad I did because 2 weeks later my account was reinstated and a file note added to Amazon so this will never happen again.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who has a IP suspension. Not only did they reinstate my account but they also reinstated 2 of my products which had been suspended.

Really bad experience with Thompson and Holt. The draft response provided was very amateurish containing multiple spelling and grammatical errors. Communication was challenging and they refused to schedule a phone call or meeting to discuss in detail. The service was grossly overstated/misrepresented and the quality was very very low.

Updated: it is completely false that I have been unresponsive. I have been the one pushing the 'case handler' to action. The retraction received from the brand is a partial retraction and the handler has not had an update from them in almost two weeks now. The last update was to resubmit the same info with minor tweaks which was immediately denied. The handler refuses to get on a phone call to strategize on next steps and my account remains suspended. The POA provided was at best a poor template with minor edits and was not accepted nor was the retraction, Any attempt to have a meaningful conversation with the handler is met with a defensive tone and she has not been helpful in any meaningful way. I also emailed leadership with these concerns with zero response. Again, incredibly poor experience with no success of lifting the suspension despite what they would have you think by their response below.

It took some time but they helped and stayed with us through the process.

Really pleased with the service - communication was great and we were up and running in under a week.

I nearly paid a guy Chris McCabe £3200+vat to get this account back up and these guys done it for WAY under this price.

This company advertises services that they are not able to follow through with. The Amazon appeal they wrote was quickly rejected by Amazon. Amazon said the appeal they wrote was "invalid".

Once I realized they were completely incompetent, I asked for my money back. They refused. Take your money elsewhere. They are a total scam.
