Friendly, professional, considerate arborists
Very friendly, professional and considerate arborists. Thor's trees removed three massive conifers from my London garden - no easy task! They did this with great attention to health and safety. They cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that my garden was secure. The guys were a pleasure to meet.

Job done really well
Excellent administration at the office (thanks Yasmin). Cameron and team arrived promptly and did a highly skilled job removing a Hazel Tree. They carefully preserved the plants around the base of the tree, cleared up thoroughly inside and out and re-attached some Wisteria.
Top marks all round!

A fantastic service from start to finish.
We had a few domestic jobs we needed doing,
including the felling of one massive tree in our garden. We asked for a quote which was quickly and informatively given by a very knowledgeable Chris, and very competitive, so we decided to book the work on the spot. Expecting a wait of several weeks, we were delighted to find that the work would be done three days later - the office staff were lovely and very efficient in sorting this out for us. Chris, Marvin and Dan duly arrived on a freezing cold winter morning and proceeded to carry out the job efficiently, quickly and tidily - the skill of the tree work and the excellence of the clean up were particularly impressive, and all three were cheerful, good humoured and charming throughout the visit.
We can highly recommend this company to others, and will definitely use them again in future.

The team did an excellent job
The team did an excellent job - skillful and careful, especially with our two old fruit trees. They were good at checking out what was needed and asked us to look at the work done to make sure it was right. No crushed plants or flowerbeds! And all tidied.

First Class all the way!
Found Thor's Trees via a Facebook group that recommends (or berates) service companies. There were so many good appraisals for Thor's Trees so I hoped they were genuine recommendations. From my initial contact with the lovely office ladies, Yasmin & Anna, to Craig who priced up the job and then the two arborists, Chris & Chris, that did the job, it was a pleasant & professional experience. Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get and the guys worked hard, asked me if I was happy at every stage and cleaned up with respect for me and my property. What more could you ask for. Will recommend and definitely use again this year. Thank you.

They were very tidy, polite and professional. The office staff were the same (don't know if they are tidy though)
It's the 2nd time I've used Thors trees and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommended
Highly recommend this company who we hired to prune large overhanging branches of a very tall leylandi tree which were encroaching onto our garden. They were professional, highly organised and very easy to deal with through from the initial visit and quote from Chris to the work carried out by Cameron and his team.

Great service
Great service. Thor's Trees sent two young guys to trim 2 trees in our garden. They were on time, efficient and left the garden in great shape. In the rain!

I was impressed from the word go right through my customer journey to the completion of the works. Insisting on a visit before quoting gave me confidence of a professional business, and the guys were so personable and professional, always making sure I was informed and comfortable at every stage. The job was done under poor weather conditions, in a very small area and with no side access for tools or timber despatch. However great care was taken to ensure the job was done in good time, with a great result, and the house left clean thanks to protective materials and floor coverings. Very impressed, and highly recommended. Good competitive rates too!

'Tree'mendous
I have to be honest here and say that the initial quote I was given made my eyes water! Having said that, I am so pleased with the work that was done on the huge, unruly Willow tree in my garden.
Cameron and his gorgeous team were great and worked without a break for four hours.
They also cleaned absolutely all the mess up without leafing (sorry) anything behind.
The tree looks beautiful and I can now see the sky when I sit under it.

I cannot praise this company too…
I cannot praise this company too highly. The back of my house was covered in ivy and I had an overgrown mock orange as well, which needed cutting back and shaping. Why I ever thought I could tackle the job myself I cannot imagine!
George & Kane spent a day removing the massive ivy stems and worked incredibly hard. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Thor's Trees to anyone wanting tree work done.

Fantastic service from initial quote through to severe haircuts for the trees in our garden. Very friendly team and very efficient and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them.

Very professional company.
The team pruned our plum tree in Leytonstone. It was such a professional service at a competitive price. The tree surgeon was knowledgeable and gave us information regarding future growth and expectations. They will be back next year to prune the fig tree. I have already recommended them to my daughter.
