New contract
We came in today to sort out a new contract for my mum, we dealt with Fern who was absolutely fantastic, she was fun, chatty everything you could want as a customer facing employee. She set up the entire phone, my mum had nothing to worry about as it was all done for her. Fern you were awesome and we enjoyed the laughs and chat with you x

Great customer service
Fern has been so helpful in getting my new contract set up (savings me almost 50% on my old one as I had been out of contract since 2021!) and new home broadband. The customer service was great and Fern solved my problems with ease and speed! Thanks so much 🙏🏼

Instead of just giving us a 'yes' or 'no,' they took the time to explain how a SIM-only plan could help build my partner internal credit score. It’s rare to find someone so patient and knowledgeable. Great service

Fern tried to help me get an iphone 17 pro max but unfortunately declined. However she has put me and my partner on sim with 3 so can try again in a few months. Great customer service 10/10
