Excellent customer service
I would like to say a huge thank you to Robb at the Basildon 3 store for the excellent service he gave us.
He helped my mum choose a new phone and he was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout. He explained everything clearly, never made us feel rushed, and made the whole experience stress-free.
Robb also took the time to give me some really useful advice and important tips for using my phone safely while I’m on holiday later this week, which I really appreciated.
His customer service was exceptional from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure we both left happy and confident. It’s rare to receive such genuine, caring service these days, and Robb is a real credit to the Basildon 3 team. Thank you again, Robb!
