Great experience
Robb saw me when I enquired about upgrading my contract. The last time I went into a phone shop was nearly a decade ago and I was well out of the loop. Robb explained everything perfectly to me in a really professional and easy to understand manner. I initially went in thinking I was not going to get the latest phone as I didn’t think it would be worth the money but Robb explained how the latest phone is actually the best value at the mo. I particularly liked how Robb didn’t pressure me into getting the latest phone or try selling gimmicky features I would never use. He genuinely took the time to know my preferences and suggested things based on this.

I went into the three store basildon town centre where I was greeted nicely by a lady member of staff and once I gave a brief explanation of my reason for going into the store the lady was extremely helpful very clear and precise and I went away a very happy customer.

Made a phone call to the branch yesterday. Emma was incredibly helpful and instantly understood our problem. Called into the Basildon branch today and was made very welcome and got our account problems dealt with without any fuss. Excellent service!
