Having had a terrible experinace with dwaling with Thee via their website, which involved various conversations ,being put through to the wring department, cut of etc etc i went to the Branch in Basingstoke .
I was met with a very member of staff called Paul, he was amazing and with in a short space of time he has resolved the problem which the Three Business team seemed incapable of doing.

Harry helped us move mre and my husband to 3 with 2 new phones. Over 4 days we came in to setup our accounts, phones and eveytning in between. He was great and made everything easy and understandable for us both!

Paul from the Basingstoke three store was amazing we needed a SIM card for a router for our camper cam and he helped us with that and I wanted to come away from sky mobile which ends in September so I’ve also got a new sim for me. Very friendly, really helpful appreciated his honesty.
