Three UK - 3Store Bracknell Avis 

I recently lost my SIM card and Noor was amazing in helping me get a duplicate. She made the whole process quick and stress-free, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was sorted as fast as possible. Fantastic service — thank you, Noor!

I had problems with my phone went to the Bracknell store and the person that attended me was very kind and very knowledgeable of is jib.

Today I made a visit to the Three Store in Bracknell, to finally obtain a new phone after 8 years of a pay as you go phone, anticipating a lengthy and complicated process. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Conor. We sat down and I explained what I would like in a new phone and immediately Conor had one in mind for me. All I can say is the service I received from Conor was exceptional and outstanding. Conor was thorough and talked me through the process with ease and clarity. Once all the checks were completed, I left my old phone behind to have everything transferred over. My whole experience was smooth and surprisingly pleasant and I am delighted with my new phone. I will be highly recommending this store.
