Three UK - 3Store Carmarthen Avis 

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service I received from Lewis in Carmarthen and his colleague, Cade.

Lewis made sure I was happy with my purchase, he was really lovely to chat to, made us laugh, feel comfortable and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. He even stayed behind after his shift had finished to make sure everything was sorted. There was no pressure, no rushing. That level of customer service really deserves recognition because it's rare to come across someone so friendly and genuinely helpful.

Had a fantastic experience in our local 3 shop. Cade was very patient and talked us through every step of the way. Also he stayed an hour later to make sure we were happy with our new purchases and answered all our questions to satisfaction.

Cade was a true gent, very professional and exceptional in sorting out my phone. I rely heavily on it for work and I can now finally get back on the job, he even sorted out my satnav and gave me a wifi package to get me back up and running! We had a perfect visit to the Carmarthen store today. We were looked after by India to start and handed over to Daniel. Both members of staff were welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. Daniel took me through the options in a very easy to understand with out any pressure to make a decision. I was very happy with our visit today. Thank you

Amazing customer service from Joseph. He went above and beyond what was required of him and not only did he sort out the issue, he also walked through the problem in Welsh! Fantastic!
