Steve and Chloe has been so great. They explained all the plans to us and was very patient and friendly and made the whole procedure smooth.

3 shop Chester

I went in to the 3 shop today and was served by the manager ( I didn’t get his name). He could not have been more helpful or pleasant despite the fact there were only 2 members of staff in the shop and he had to try to keep them happy too. I came out with a new IPhone 17 and an iPad and even though the whole process took an hour or so as he had to sort out some others issues with historic deals etc I came away very satisfied with the whole thing. Great service

I visited the Three shop in Chester recently. The service given by the staff there was excellent. Chloe and Adam were really helpful and patient in helping me sort out my phone and gave expert advice. Would definitely recommend.

Helping me with my phone issue

I went into the 3 store in Chester to get help regarding a phone number I had been paying for without my knowledge. Melissa, Chloe and Adam were really helpful and did their utmost to solve my issue. As I had been told to go and see them and turns out I needed to do everything over the phone to get it resolved. But great customer service. Thank you.

Melissa and Chloe sorted my phone out…

Melissa and Chloe sorted my phone out after spending over 2 weeks trying to get customer services to do it.
They were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.
The central customer services service was appalling. The shop team were amazing.

Excellent customer service

I needed to talk about getting a new phone but wasn't sure what my best options were. Adam and Steve in the 3 shop in Chester were so helpful, answered all my questions without any pressure and gave me plenty of time to make my decision and then helped me to transfer to my new phone. Honestly I felt very happy and relieved. They made the process pain free! Many thanks to them both!

Amazing customer service

Chloe, Adam and Tom were so incredibly helpful fixing the mess that another store made, they told me exactly what I needed to do and was very compassionate that I had been caught in a mistake on Three's behalf.

Will only go to three when I know…

Will only go to three when I know Stephen (store Manager)is working as he is so helpful and always gives options on what packages we can use. I have followed him from the Wrexham branch and always have first class service.
