Extremely satisfied with my experience in store today I was unsure why I had 3 payments coming out Lauren fully looked into this for me and raised this to the correct team to have it resolved she also updated my phone for me and set it all up, leaving the store very happy Lauren was extremely helpful 😊

Fraudulent experience with no checks. Be very aware.
Someone was able to purchase/add a contract to my account fraudulently in store without any checks made to myself. Very concerning that this was possible by a member of staff in store without any ID or checks. Three Store Cramlington is the store in question.
