Andy was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a new phone and tablet for my son and advising on my own data plan which is due to renew soon.

Kim is the best!
My experience in the Three store at the Cumbernauld Antonine Centre today was pretty much perfect.
Kim helped my mum attempt an application for a Three 5G Hub. Unfortunately my mum didn’t pass the credit check, and this upset her.
She’d had a difficult year as her husband passed away recently, and she was visibly upset in the store.
Kim was more than understanding, helped my mum to understand what had happened and contacted the relevant department over the phone to see if anything could be done.
In the end, I applied for the product and was successful. I thanked Kim while in store because she was so kind and comforting to my mum who’d unexpectedly got upset.
I currently have my phone with Vodafone, but after the service received from Kim today, I’m seriously considering moving to Three as I’ve never had this level of service from another company.
I’ve returned home and my mum has asked me to pass on her thanks to Kim as she was very thankful and thinks Kim is an amazing person and representative for Three.
