I went in today about a billing issue and was seen by gloria, she explained to me how the billing cycle works and helped me solve my issue, she was also very patient during the process and also helped me set up the three app so i could monitor my bill every month

I met Oumar a few years ago when he used to work for Vodafone in Liverpool Street store even back then he always goes above and beyond and even helps with queries outside of his job role hence why i have moved from Vodafone to Three based solely on his amamzing customer service. His work ethics ans professionalism has not changed at all, real asset to the organisation.
