Dan and Jonathan, thankyou.

Dan and Jono in the fareham branch were incredibly helpful. and i don’t mean even in a conventional salesperson perspective. they genuinely cared i was getting the right product, and even helped me change my current standing contract in order to save money!! would recommend these two to anyone.

The staff who served me going above and beyond my expectations of what customer service is truly about . Very attentive, good at putting me at ease when I was in distress. Extremely knowledgeable about her field of expertise in her role.

The only thing really that could be improved I think in my opinion for the store would be to have a few extra charging stations as when I looked there was only one . I think it would be handy in peak times for customers whilst they’re waiting patiently .

Very polite staff

Very polite staff, had help from Beth today. She was very kind and gave great advice and very good explanations on what to do with getting a new contract. Jonathan also helped my parents with getting new phones and was equally as polite as beth. Very good experience today.
