My father and 82 yr old man who's …
My father and 82 yr old man who's broadband box had expire ie they dont want to send it back,just shows how old the box was, my dad is not a healthy man at all, but in the sauchiall st store the girl wasn't helpful to him at all but telling he needs a passport which he doesn't have bearing in mind he's a three customer for years all he wanted was his WiFi , calling three was a nightmare on many occasions due to language barriers for 5 weeks he had no WiFi and no help !!!, on this day we got antonia from Newcastle an absolute diamond she was amazing 💫 but three company need to realise old people dont know how to operate technology and language barriers, thank god my dad had me all he wanted was his WiFi the way he was treated was bad all because his box broke an wanted his wifi shame on you three 😡😡😡😡

On point service from Danni
Went to get a new sim 3, Danni was very polite and efficient. Outlined everything that I asked for and even gave me a bit of banter to go with it. All are very pleasant to be around. Anything you need with phones pop yourself over to 3 as they know what they are doing.
Again shoutout to Danni she's a real one in the dog or be dog world.
