Harvey was brilliant. My friend is blind and needs a phone with large text and easy to use. He transferred the data for her, showed her how to use. He was so helpful, excellent service. Thank you

Without doubt Lincoln store saved me as a customer! I’d had a few issues with customer services on line so popped into store. Drew and Scott dealt with my issue, offered support and advice and not only did I change my mind about leaving but we changed all my family across to three from O2… great customer service - well done Lincoln team.
