I broke my iphone and needed my ESim to be transferred onto my old iPhone whilst my current one went off to be fixed. I popped into Three Fremlin Walk Maidstone and was served by Erin who was absolutely brilliant she was so efficient and did this for me within a few minutes. Extremely patient and helpful.

The store assistant

The store assistant, Michael was amazing. He helped setup my new iPhone 17e and pass across all my data from my old iPhone 11. We experienced a problem that meant the iPhone 17e didn’t connect to the internet. Michael went above and beyond to fix the issue which was due to a software issue from tfw transfer from my old phone. Massive thank you to Michael!!!
