Tasha was fantastic in the Oldham store, 14 days of being given terrible advice and being sent faulty SIM cards, after 20 minutes she had resolved all of our issues. 10/10

We were out of contract and needed to update it. We dealt with Glenn he was so helpful got us a great deal and was so helpful in explaining the procedure we are not very technical and made the process so easy for us nothing was too much trouble for him. More staff like Glenn

Came in pretty upset, my bill was sky high, I had no idea why, until one of your staff sat with me and explained everything.
Glenn was a massive help, he broke everything down for me, explained the bill perfect. He then found a way to make my plan cheaper, providing me with broadband and two cheaper Sims. Honestly I was over the moon.
He put a lot of care and attention into his interaction with me. I honestly felt like I was his only customer. He is a credit to three and if everyone else was like him then three would be number 1
