Madeline was very helpful. She gave us lots of knowledge and information on the best deals for the both of us and was very patient with us in deciding what phones were best for us. She insured we were both happy and went through several deals for us to make sure we could pick the best for us. Very friendly lady, one of the best members of staff we have come across yet from the branch.

Sitting down with Jordan I was thinking…
Sitting down with Jordan I was thinking of upgrading my IPhone 14 to an IPhone 16 as I am 6 months off end of contract. The phone had been struggling since the latest IOS 26.5 upgrade to which it somehow no longer recognized the camera any more. I was convinced that this was a software issue but Apple 🍎 disagreed. However both Josh and Jordan of 3 concurred with me and the latter was able to find a bug fix upgrade of IOS 26.5.2 and get presto the camera came back to life again. I can’t recommend the 3 Plymouth Store enough they are amazing 🤩. I will now wait and upgrade in my own time when arguably a better deal could await me in September or December. I’m so grateful to Jordan and the rest of the team for helping me out of a sticky situation. High fives all round!! X 🤩❤️😀🙌🙏
