First year of 2yr 5G home broadband contract gave consistently excellent download speeds.
Since mid Feb it has barely gone above 17Mbs, 4G. Even with exterior router upgrade!
This merger with Vodafone and probably huge reduction in bandwidth in shared towers, has seriously damaged Three signal speeds.
This has to be a breach of contract if you don't get 5G as stated?

I've been dealing with a phone scam which he has helped me with. Chris has delt with me for years and has been helpful, professional and polite but today he above and beyond and im very grateful and deserves the recognition. Thank you Chris

In particular, I’ve dealt with two chaps named Dappy and Faisal. The service I received was extremely good. They are both friendly, helpful and hugely knowledgeable. Well done, and thank you.

My 3 account got hacked and my number stolen. Over the course of 2 weeks the staff at this store have been incredibly helpful in both stopping the hacker from using my account or number against me, and getting my number back when the hacker triggered a network switch. Special credit to Faisel who was my primary contact point through all this at the store and got everything done with exceptional speed and professionalism.
