Stew sorted out some old accounts and set me up with Internet for my boat, and saved me money in the process.

DO NOT USE 3
I switched to 3 in November of 2025, thinking they would be much better than O2. Oh how wrong I was.
Their data and signal is nonexistent- I do not have data anywhere in the country apart from the extremely rare occasions at random spots and only outside out in the open. No data at my house, my place of work, the town I live in, no data indoors anywhere.
They scammed me into buying a plan with unlimited text, calls and data and it turns out I actually get none of it, just their shitty subscription to paramount +.
I wanted to switch back to O2, I went to one of their branches and they said I had time to switch until x date. They gave me the wrong date and by the time came to switch back to my old provider the free cancellation period ended and now I am stuck paying these scammers for absolutely nothing.
I told them on many occasions in person and on the phone that their data and signal is awful and I have gotten no help whatsoever apart from being advised to check the website for coverage- WHAT THE HELL IS THAT GOING TO DO???
And they made me swap SIM cards which again did absolutely nothing.
Compensation is the only solution at this point. Their customer service is appalling.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!

Recommend 3 store to anyone needing a phone, assistance and help.

Stew was a tremendous help with diagnosing my network troubles and hooked me up with a new SIM to try out.
He was extremely helpful in all facets of my interaction and represents everything I look for in a model employee - he deserves a raise!

In the whole interaction he was friendly and jovial and unlike a lot of other advisors wasn’t trying to beguile me into buying any devices.
