I was cancelling a sim and ordering another phone whilst placing my new wife onto my account so there was a lot to get done. Amber dealt with me and she was amazing. She ran through everything and even helped me cancel my old sim through web chat as I was unsure on how to do it. She’s extremely helpful and a credit to your 3 store. Thank again.

Excellent Customer Service
I have been a loyal customer for years and visited the Rushden Lakes store for the first time today.
Minah served me. Even though she is a trainee, she gave me excellent service and guidance in my purchase and wanted to thank her for this. Everything was checked in terms of process along the way which showed excellent salesmenship.
