If I'm very honest I came here looking…

If I'm very honest I came here looking to cancel this contract of mine was not happy with the service at all. Saw a gentleman called Tahmid who checked my contract and device for me and saw I didn't have the correct settings settings up on my phone. He resolved that for me and was able to show me how to access certain apps and download certain apps as well as I'm not that good witj phones and what not. Very grateful Tahmid was in today no one here before has actually helped me how he has so thank you I I be staying with three.

I came into the store as my bill was…

I came into the store as my bill was quite high, tahmid helped explain the reason why and also offered me different alternatives unfortunately I wasn’t able to as my contract was not yet due for an upgrade but he told me when I can come back and do it. He also helped with the iCloud storage on my phone helped me upgrade my iCloud to have more storage which I wasn’t able to do before.
