After spending quite a while on the phone with Three’s customer support without getting anywhere, I decided to visit the store, and I’m so glad I did.
The Assistant Manager, Mamun, greeted me straight away and took the time to understand the issue I was having. I needed to get a 5G router from the store because it couldn’t be delivered to my address, and he made the whole process completely stress-free. He explained everything clearly, got everything set up for me, and made sure I left knowing exactly how everything worked.
What really stood out was how friendly, patient and professional he was throughout. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and it was genuinely a pleasure chatting with him while everything was being sorted. After a frustrating experience over the phone, Mamun completely turned things around and reminded me just how valuable great in-store customer service can be.
A huge thank you to Mamun for all of his help. He’s a real credit to the Three team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to anyone.

The staff was very helpful especially the assistant manager. They were attentive and made upgrading my contract an easy process.

Once again back in this lovely store, wonderful service by all the staff specially Carlo he is amazing and was easy to speak to him also because we both speak Spanish, amazing and lovely, Carlo has got the skills needed, go to him for a good shopping experience.
