I have been on a contract with Three UK…

I have been on a contract with Three UK for a few years now. I am currently trying to get them to understand that my Android Pixel 9 pro is not able to call or receive calls. I've tried to explain to them in their Chat but it's AI , & doesn't " understand what my problem is. I managed to get "it" to allow a chat with an agent. They also could not understand why I. Am not able to make a call. They haven't been able to come up with a resolution for this problem. I went to the local shop & although they understood" eventually " that I was being truthful. They gave up trying to fix the phone there doesn't appear to be a direct phone number for them. I pay monthly & I'm thinking maybe if I cancel the DD , that might force them to do something about it.

Thank you for your loyalty over the years, we really do appreciate it. I understand how frustrating it must be not being able to make or receive calls on your Pixel 9 Pro.
As your network provider, we supply the service and sell the products, but any device‑related issues on Google Pixel phones need to be handled directly by Google, as they have the tools to diagnose and repair software or hardware faults on their devices.
Before you contact them, please try the steps below, as they often resolve calling issues on Pixel devices:
Reset your mobile network settings:
1. Go to Settings > System > Reset options
2. Tap Reset Mobile Network Settings (or Reset Wi‑Fi, mobile & Bluetooth)
Note: This will remove saved Wi‑Fi passwords, but it also clears any corrupted Three UK network certificates that may be causing the issue.
3. Restart your phone immediately after.
If the calling issue continues after this, please get in touch with us through our secure contact link, and we’ll run further checks on your account and network connection. Our support team is available during our standard operating hours, and we’ll be happy to help you move this forward.
As we can’t access accounts over Social Media, if you need help with anything related to your concern, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page here: https://bit.ly/3C43TKN. Our team is available Mon to Fri 8am to10pm, and Sat to Sun 9am to 8pm. So we can look into this properly for you. — Three Social Media Team
