I had the worst experience I have ever had with a SIM card provider
I signed a two-year contract with an expensive plan that included data coverage across Asia, specifically because I travel frequently. However, during a recent short trip abroad, my mobile internet did not work at all. This completely defeated the purpose of the plan I had purchased.
Instead of resolving the issue efficiently, the staff asked me to visit the store multiple times (at least 4–5 visits), which was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Even after all these visits, the problem was not properly addressed.
The level of service was highly unprofessional, and the overall experience felt misleading. I previously used another SIM card provider in Hong Kong for over four years and never encountered anything close to this level of inconvenience, everything worked smoothly there.
I strongly do not recommend this provider based on my experience.
