Customer service appears to be non-existent. There is no contact phone number on the website and emails go unanswered.
The clock I ordered broke within 3 weeks of it arriving. I sent an email to Ticktockclocks which was answered on the second day. This was to tell me to send photos of the broken clock - a pointless thing to do when the problem with the clock was internal and nothing to see externally. Anyway, sent the requested photo. A reply is still awaited.......And as for a refund... well, we'll see.
Would give this company zero stars were that an option but will not be ordering from them again.

Great looking product and delivered quickly

Excellent service - ordered and received within a couple of days. Looks great fixed to my wall trellis.

The price for our Tick Tock clock was good and they were very prompt in delivering it. It works well and looks good where we've placed it in our kitchen (mind you, it does tick, but not too noticeable).

Excellent Customer Service, first order arrived broken which was replaced immediately without issue, both delivers arrived quickly, we are very happy with our outside garden clock.

Great clock brilliant quality bought it to replace an existing clock on a development I'm on. Looks like it's always been there plus only took 2 days to deliver from ordering would definitely recommend

I had seen a clock I wanted to purchase & compared prices on different websites, on TickTock Clocks it was about £74, I then saw it on another website for £35. I contacted TickTock Clocks as they say on their website that they price match, they got back to me to advise that they would look into it, a few days later they emailed me to advise that they no longer had any in stock. I checked their website & it had been removed…………how convenient, if they don’t want to price match, they shouldn’t advertise it. I have since purchased it from Branded WatchSale for £33. Do your homework so you don’t get ripped off.

Very pleased with my purchase of the vintage multicoloured clock! It did arrive broke, the clock hands wouldn’t work but the customer service was excellent and I received a new clock within a few days!

This is for a Christmas present and I am very pleased with it although it is still in the wrapping. Highly recommend it

Clock came 3 days after I ordered it, and was excellent value

Bought a lovely garden clock from Ticktockclocks. Very good price, looks great and easy to fit, as described on their website. Only problem I had was with the fools at Parcel force and Ticktockclocks contacted me to see if there was anything they could do, a customer service phone call!!!!!! unheard-of in today's don't give a damn who cares world.

This company delivered the wrong clock. I can't get through on the phone and my emails are not being responded to. I would not recommend this company.

Very disappointed with the clock, it looked stainless steel on the photos, however its all plastic

Clock arrived without any problems. Well packaged and well made .
I have had it for a few weeks now with no issues.
I would recommend this company.
