I bought the knife about 2 weeks ago and still haven't use a stone on it all I do is is run it across a steel and it's sharp again.

Half Sheet Covers
I have been wanting these for a while! I am a cookier and moving freshly iced cookies can be difficult! I can just leave my cookies on the sheet, pop these covers right on the cookie sheet and that’s it. Tigerchef was awesome to order with. I purchased these right at the hight of the Holiday Season. I was worried about delays. One email to them and they reassured me everything was status quo. Got my covers on time, and in perfect condition. I’d buy again!
