Clorox Order
I am very disappointed in Tiger Chef right now. The company has taken the money out of my account and hasn't given me an estimated shipping date. I would not recommend anyone to order from them in the near future. If I don't get my merchandise or an estimated shipping date I am going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau for false advertisement. There are other things I can spend my hard earned money on.

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are out of stock on some essential items, and while we try our best to provide accurate ETA's, many things are out of our control. We provide the lead times that we receive from the manufacturer. When we receive a lead time from our distributor, we reflect that lead time on our website. Due to these uncertain times, some lead times are delayed, beyond our control. We charge your credit card so we can reserve the item for you. The item you ordered is out of stock everywhere and we're trying our best to get it in as fast as we can. We have a very flexible cancellation policy - we allow you to cancel your order up until the order ships, giving you the ability to search for the item elsewhere and order it there if you are able to get it faster.
Think Twice before ordering from TC
I ordered Clorox wipes 4/9 from TC knowing they were on backorder with expected shipment date of 5/1. On 5/9 I reached out to the company for an order status. My order is still on back order with no known shipment date. So now they don't know when they will get wipes in but they knew back in April? June 1st still no wipes. Call company and on back order until July. So they've had my money for two months and not produced any product or given me updates on my order. I totally get wipes are hard to come by but TC should not be charging anyone for a product they don't have in stock (even though they lead you to believe they do). I would be cautious ordering anything from TC even though their website makes you think they have products in stock, they really don't. My two cents.

Tiger Chef gave order date on order I placed on April 2nd. It said ship date May 28th. Then I contact them on May 4,2020 and they say now June 1st. That sad thing is orders for same item I place a month later state June 1st. This is just shady business and never order from them. They lie and give false answers. NEVER BUY FROM!

The item you ordered was supposed to be in by May 28th but it was delayed a few days, so we updated the lead time by 3 days. We are trying our best to provide as accurate lead times as possible, with limited staff, which is why we updated the times when we received an update from the manufacturer. We're looking forward to business and life getting back to normal when COVID-19 passes, as I'm sure you are, too! Please reach out if there's anything we can do to help.

Did not disclose their items were not food-safe...
I ordered large melamine chargers and nowhere on the description on their website did it say they were not food-safe. They were heavy so I paid a lot for shipping but when I opened them it was clearly marked on the bottom of each plate "not food safe". I called them to say I would not have ordered them if I had known and should not have to pay another large shipping fee to return them. They were very rude and told me that "everyone knows chargers aren't food safe". I pointed them to the Crate and Barrel website where all chargers are clearly described as food safe or non food-safe and they still would not split the shipping fee with me. In reality they should have refunded the first shipping fee but I did not even ask for that. I do not think they acted professionally or appropriately in this matter and would not order from them again.

Beware of their scam demanding wire transfer or check.
They tried to scam me by requesting a check or wire transfer to process my order. I had already used PayPal when I placed order. No way I would send a check to them with my bank account info. I smelled a fraud on their behalf when they sent me an email stating they needed a wire transfer or check.

Due to the high level of fraud in the ecommerce world, we have a secure system (through a third party fraud protection company) that flags orders that have high indications of spam. Unfortunately, sometimes the non-fraud orders are marked as fraud, after going through the checks to determine whether or not it is fraud. When an order is marked as fraud, the only way we can proceed with the order is by receiving payment through check or wire transfer. Had a horrible experience with Tiger…
Had a horrible experience with Tiger Chef...1st they have one of the most expensive shipping cost...but they gave me a small discount so i decided to give them a try. Bad mistake, when i got the box if was so poorly packed and broken..it was so bad i was surprised my items didnt come damage. Please be aware they do not provide a packing slip. I notice they sent me a partial shipment, contacted them asking the status of remaining items, promise it would be shipped immediately..it was not..only upside they return the money i spend for the item they didnt delivery...will never order from them again.
