Tilesporcelain Avis

I ordered samples only 4 arrived ( 1 damaged) in a poor packaging. I tried to contact and ask where others are and no reply. Not a good service, at least these were free samples and I didn't spend on their tiles...

Good service on time tiles best price could get !!!! and look amazing very happy thank you ,

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.

My order arrived with ALL tiles damaged upon delivery. The packaging was clearly inadequate, and all tiles are unusable.

I contacted the company immediately yesterday via email and message, but so far I have received no response at all. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of construction timelines.

At this point, I am left with damaged goods and no support or resolution offered.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this supplier!!

fast delivery good tiles just looked at top tile excellent as require and brilliant delivery, faster than expected and would buy again from this company, using these for a new kitchen refit.

Always perfect.

Tiles are lovely and arrived in quick time

Would have been 5 stars because the customer service and price were excellent but I only ordered 25 tiles and they came on 2 large pallets which I did not want and were just left with me the driver would not take them back, so it was left for us to dispose of them.

Very easy communication and quality product

The order was shipped very quickly, all received in good condition. Would recommend.

Good communications, receive free samples ,fast delivery ,big range o products

Good service online for sample delivery because of no delivery charge and selection of tiles I could not find anywhere else. However, I could not find a branch of Tilesporcelain close to where I live.

A very good website
Easy to navigate plus offering 3 free samples for which I have taken the opportunity
Only ordered yesterday and there already dispatched

The staff at Langley Moor branch are helpful & efficient.A pleasure to deal with.

I was able to choose my perfect tiles after receiving a few free samples.
Tiles arrived quick delivery and were on sale. I ordered more for another area. Delivery also fair price.

Solid good company

I think it's quite user friendly and prompt response

So quick to arrive
