Great company, we picked which day we wanted the bed to be delivered which was amazing. We got a call to let us know it would be arriving within the hour. The bed itself is fantastic quality, a very easy and simple build didn’t take us too long! Will definitely order from this company again. Would recommend to anyone.

Really pleased with this day bed. It looks great, is sturdy, and was easy to assemble. The only slight downside is that the seat is a little deep for sitting comfortably for long periods without extra cushions. As a bed or for lounging, though, it’s very comfortable and good value overall. Lovely olive green colour , looks very luxurious ..

I wanted to leave a review because, whilst my experience didn't start perfectly, the way Time4Sleep handled the situation has been excellent.
After receiving my bed, I unfortunately experienced some issues that required me to contact customer services. What really impressed me wasn't that a problem occurred, because these things can happen with any company, but how seriously Time4Sleep took my concerns and how committed they were to finding the right solution.
Throughout the entire process, every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional, understanding and genuinely interested in helping. I never felt ignored or dismissed. They listened carefully, kept me informed, and worked with me to find a resolution that was right for my circumstances.
In the end, Time4Sleep helped me move to a bed that was much better suited to my needs, and the issue was resolved. Customer service is truly tested when something goes wrong, and in my case, Time4Sleep absolutely stepped up and delivered.
Buying a bed is a significant purchase, especially when it's something you'll use every day and, in my case, a special purchase for my partner and me when we moved in together. While the journey wasn't entirely smooth, I couldn't fault the way the team supported me from start to finish.

Initial purchase of TV bed was 6 years ago but when we had a slight problem it was resolved on the same day at no cost to ourselves. Outstanding customer support politely, professionally and pleasantly delivered by Claire.

We got a single bed, which was easy to put together and it is very solid. Delivery was super quick as well. I would recommend this company.

Great to deal with, bed is really nice great delivery. Would have given five stars but the wooden slats to put mattress on top of would be great if it was the same quality as rest of the bed .2 slats had a curve in them and were you put the bottom and top slat is not very secure because of the space ,will have to screw these in .But still happy I can sort this myself so would use the company again

I love my bed frame just exactly what I wanted

The bed and matresses are good quality and look great. delivery men were good as well.
Two small issues with the beds:
1. There were a couple of places where the frame had been slightly damaged and this left quite dangerous splinters (I sanded them down and they are not visible so no problem).
2. On the guest bed the holes for the bolts on the legs were not countersunk and so protruded and the legs would not shut _ I had to drill these myself.

Great service. The guys that delivered the bed were excellent. I would highly recommend.

Ordered the Matilda cream upholstered oak bed , only took 3 weeks to deliver also got order ealier than expected as it said it may take up to 13 weeks .The bed is beautiful and just like in the photos . Easy to assemble. Would definitely recommend this company .The quality is also amazing.
