Brilliant quality, solid bed
Ordered our bed online as we really liked the look of the chunky wooden frame. It’s solid. Very easy to put together as well. It looks amazing. We also brought the suggested mattress which is very supportive and comfortable. Very pleased.

What’s important to me
I really only met one of the delivery men. He was happy and friendly but didn’t put himself out to take upstairs as he thought it wouldn’t fit. I’m 78 and called in family and they managed to fit it up my stairs. I feel a bit annoyed as I had a tip ready but needless to say I didn’t give to them. Due to my husband dying lately I’ve had a lot of delivery men come and go. They have been exemplary Sorry to sound grumpy as at least your one delivery man was happy but maybe wanted to get onto next delivery

Thank you for your review.
We are sorry to hear that the delivery company wouldn't take your bed frame up the stairs for you.
Whilst some of our smaller deliveries are only a hallway delivery. Your bed frame should have been brought up the stairs, as this is a service we pay for with an item this big.
We use a third party delivery company and unfortunately, the delivery team have a right to refuse to take packages up the stairs if they believe they could cause damage to your property, the item or themselves. This should have been clearly explained to you at the time and if there wasn't an access issue, this should have been carried out.
I can see that we have reached out to you since to see if we can do anything further to resolve this for you and have escalated this to the delivery company so they can review this internally.
Please do not hesitate to reach out should we be able to assist you with anything in future.

Great quality bed
I’m very pleased with the bed, it looks very stylish and is good quality. Delivery was quick and problem free. One slight issue is that some parts were very heavy so two people are needed for the assembly. It would have been helpful to have known that beforehand.

Love the bed
Great communication. Prompt delivery, choice of delivery day. Love the bed, really easy to build with straight forward instructions.
My only negative is the mountain of packaging. Polystyrene, plastic sheets, the mattress came in a huge plastic fabric tube. There are much more sustainable options these days. Shredded paper, sheep’s wool, the mattress does not need the huge outer layer of packing material. I felt sick getting rid of it all and knowing it is going to landfill.

Molle Rivera Oak Finished Hotel Ottoman Bed Frame
Excellent and seamless service from the order and delivery process and the overall communication with the company. Really impressed.
In terms of my ottoman bed, it’s an attractive bed, however the veneer could have been a bit thicker because unfortunately in trying to assemble the bed the edge of the left side board lifted, and also the inner corner side to the draw broke off whist screwing it together. Luckily it was the inner side which no one can see. The edges are also sharp, so one has to be careful not to get caught on it. All said, it’s a £400 bed, and it is what it is. I gave 5 stars because of the exceptional service, and the bed looks good and is very practical to my storage needs.

Top rate customer services
The understanding, prompt and polite customer service. My husband left a bad review because he spent the better part of his evening after work putting together a bed, only to discover a too-short bolt and a missing washer. He had to make do as we had guests the next day and were slightly terrified the bed would give way.
The beds are fine despite our bodging and look very good.
But the customer service, trying to understand the issues and seek a solution, is first-rate. Hats off to the customer service team.
