Time for Diamonds Avis 8

I recently had two pendants made from gold I had taken in to Time for Diamonds. Ben and Mark were very happy to spend time with me talking through the designs I wanted. The finished products surpassed all my expectations and came in at a very reasonable cost. The only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that it took way longer than they originally said to make them, which would not have been a problem for me, other than I had to keep chasing for progress reports rather than them communication with me. This was a little frustrating. Other than that I was completely happy with the level of service and the finished products.

Amazing service from Mark and his colleague. Despite purchasing a necklace with a smaller price tag, I was treated with the same respect and courtesy as others spending what is probably my annual salary. Nothing was too much trouble and they adapted a piece of jewellery to fit my ashes into glass pendant. I have been to other jewellers who have said it wasn't possible. They have made me so happy, I cannot praise or recommend them enough. ❤️

Great little shop, bought numerous watches from Mark, always a friendly and professional service, Nothing is too much trouble, if he hasn't got a certain model in stock he will source one.

Just happened to pop in as a watch in window caught my eye, had a 5m browse and tried two watches on - Mark asked if there was any particular model i was looking for - i was after an Airking - he said i can get one, newly serviced in mint condition in a day or so
He messenger’d me details and two days later i went in - straight forward, good price and easy to deal with - 5**!

Amazing vintage and new handmade bangles and rings ( as good as Cartier) for sale. I got my vintage diamond ring repaired at a very resonable price and a great job done, thank you. They also valued some vintage jewellery i have inherited for future sale. I will be back to purchase very soon

Where do I start, me and my partner were looking for a nice jewelry store in Doncaster we finally came across Time for diamonds. The employee was very helpful and friendly soon I saw a very nice ring an 18 carat white gold ring with natural Diamonds and Sapphire me and my partner had some problems with my bank as I am from the Netherlands my pass was not accepted. I ended up paying through Apple Pay.

The purchase was for myself and for my girlfriend as we have the same size ring. Soon me and my partner came to the conclusion that the ring was too heavy on our budget, so we immediately contacted both via email and telephone contact. We received a very separate answer about the return policy. We were sent a photo of the return policy that you can only use a change of product within 14 weeks. This of course came as a big blow at the moment we are not financially able to pay for my return trip to the Netherlands, we have also explained this in the hope of cooperation and understanding of the staff. Unfortunately, we have not gotten further than just an exchange of product, which is not a solution at all, the ring is beautiful and an exchange will therefore not apply at all in that case.

Incidentally, the frustration is very high because the return policy was not explained to us during the purchase of a product, which is extremely outrageous if I had been aware of this in advance, I would never have made this purchase. You then get an answer "this return policy was on paper on our window" me and my partner have neither seen this because it is not clearly visible. So the conclusion is that you will only be answered with standard answers and you will be pointed to a return policy that can't be found anywhere except on the glass of the store, even the site is unavailable, which is just outrageous! I definitely do not recommend making a purchase from this store.

Awful experience - Travelled 8 hours round trip only to find that the item on their website had been sold, the owner said "We dont keep the website up to date!" Well why have one? If I could give no stars I would. You don't deserve business treating customers like that and over 48 hours later the item is still on your site for sale! - Avoid this joker like the plague.
