Warm & Welcoming
Sam and his colleagues are just like the showroom itself - warm and welcoming. Sam certainly went above and beyond by responding to questions swiftly and efficiently, even over the weekend…because he’s passionate and he cares (rare these days!).
I always love their furniture especially the sheepskin Ryeland chairs….divine! I’m sure we’ll be doing alot more business together. Thank you.

My husband and I walked onto the kings…
My husband and I walked onto the kings road store and were greeted with a warm welcome from Rachel. We were looking for a bedroom chandelier. Rachel could not have been more helpful. We saw some lights we loved. We were unsure of measurements, Rachel emailed all the information over. We then went back and ended up purchasing two new lights. So refreshing to meet an assistant who bends over backwards to help. Will definitely use this store as a first stop to purchasing any new furniture or lights!

We have loved working with Rachael at Timothy Oulton. We’ve worked with her on several items and she’s always so thoughtful and easy to work with. We’ve worked purchased a chair there that consistently gets rave reviews. Rachael made the whole process - from ordering to delivery - super easy. She’s been very accommodating of any request and is a great communicator. We will definitely buy more from this terrific store and look forward to working with Rachael and the team there.

Chloe Gratter was a delight to work with when I was needing to replace the fabric on my sofa. Although I’m disappointed that I need to pay to replace it after only three years (due to what appears to be a fabric defect and lots of fraying), Chloe did everything she could to assist me quickly and kindly. We had such a great and welcoming experience with Sam at Timothy Oulton Bluebird. Sam took the time to share the story and values behind the brand and the flagship store itself, which really added to the whole experience.
Not only did he make sure we had all the information we needed, the follow-up email following our purchase was just as thoughtful, with all the details about our order clearly laid out.

A few chandeliers that have glass panels in them and some of the panels broke and Harriet was extremely helpful getting these sourced from London to LA.
