My husband and I visited Timothy Oulton with the intention of purchasing a new sofa. Olivia, the Sales Associate provided impeccable service to us, allowing us ample time to test and review each sofa, providing us assistance with measurements, specifications, and options. After sleeping on our choice, we later went back to purchase the sofa and again, Olivia made sure our experience was top notch, making us feel completely satisfied with our purchase and ensuring the experience was easy and seamless, from start to finish. Great service to offer complimentary design. Designer was happy to go through all areas paint colours, carpets, furniture, accessories so you can get a full idea of what the room can look like.

Damaged product, however they took accountability.
I just came home from the Culver City location, where I was incredibly disappointed with the customer service and attitude I was given by Brandon.
First off, I had to call multiple times just to get him to check to see if my item was ready for pick up and taken down by the electrician. On the second call, He told me “I don’t know it’s here somewhere“ On the third call,I finally asked him to locate my item as I was coming to pick it up with a truck.
Bottom line : I bought a large sign and when I went to pick it up three lightbulbs had been broken when it was taken down by the electricians. I was never told about this and when brought it to his attention, he did not have a solution. I asked if the lightbulbs can be replaced or if any compensation can be given, I was told no sorry.
I was sent pictures of the sign ahead of time and it did not have any broken lights. How is this store not held accountable for the damage that they did to my product that I already purchased? Please advise.
Timothy Oulton Uk team reached out to me and took accountability for the product. They noted that they would be sending me additional bulbs and provided reasonable accommodation for the service I received. Javier from the LA team did apologize multiple times for the treatment that I received and moving forward I have had smooth transactions especially with Monica at the Costa Mesa location. It is sad to see a brand so unique leave the United States.

The store is simply AMAZING with so many brilliant original things to create wonder and big smiles as you walk around. As I explored the store the delightful Olivia came over and said hello and started to share some great info with me about the pieces I was most interested in. Her energy was wonderful and uplifting and very welcoming and engaging. She's definitely an asset to the store and having added me to the mailing list then after I left she very kindly sent me some info on the yellow submarine piece that really caught my attention. Great place and great staff, as her colleague was also great and very engaging, but apologies I don't remember her name.

Olivia at King’s Road store was fantastic. Giving great advice, ensuring my kids were happy so I could look round and offering an invaluable service at our home to ensure the sofa we wanted could fit.

Innovative and quality shopping experience …
Shopping at the Tottenham Court Road branch is always a pleasure and our recent visit was no exception.
