Tinklers Motorcycles Avis 

Similar experience to others. I bought an item that was cheaper than elsewhere (including postage) but not delivered. Knock on effect was i couldn't buy from another shop until my money was refunded. PayPal had informed me the sale had gone through but Tinklers didn't acknowledge the sale. I had to contact Tinklers to find out what's going on and they informed me the item wasn't available anymore from Yamaha. Strange thing is.... its still for sale on Tinklers site.... if its not available why are they still selling it?

I helped my daughter buy her first motorbike here- a 125CC after she did her CBT next door at Top Notch training, who were lovely too. We were served by George who could not have been more helpful. He listened carefully to her and was happy to answer all of her questions and then did a great job of getting the bike ready for her to collect it. We could not have been better looked after.

Very poor service.
Ordered item online which was allegedly in stock. Paid for said item, no comfirmation of order communication or nothing, 4 days later an email saying i had been refunded? No explanation? No apology? Nothing! Certainly wouldnt recommend using them plenty other dealers out there and i will never give them my custom again, awful trading practices, just awful.

Brought a bike from Tinklers, trusted what they said on the condition, no marks,chips or scratches. Had a walk round video sent to me as I was over 2 hours away from the dealership, and after closer inspection of that video I seen a mark that they claim to not of seen. But I seen it on the video in less resolution than the naked eye. Had money returned and the deal was off.

The main issue wasn't the mark on the bike, it was down to the fact that 3 of there team didn't see it. Even when close to the bike in person, very careless and couldn't care less.

Then after a call from the guy he explained and basically talked me out of the sale. Wasted time and money on a deal that didn't happen because lack of attention to detail.

Bought my 3rd bike from Tinklers just before Christmas. I cannot fault the service, Rob went above and beyond to ensure that the process went as smoothly as possible. He answered all my questions and dealt with the sale professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend Tinklers and will definitely be purchasing any further bikes from them.

Used the workshop to have my exhaust replaced.When I initially called to order one the original cost of a new Yamaha exhaust was expensive and they called around for me and saved me over £100 by getting another exhaust and it included fitting.I have been using tinklers since 2009 I cannot fault the service and they are always very helpful, highly recommend all in the workshop thankyou

I visited here as I wanted to have a look at a new Tracer 9 GT. Tinkler’s had a really good selection of new and used motorcycles, but what I didn’t like was not being acknowledged for ten minutes, wandering around the showroom aimlessly. Lots of staff, plenty of stares but all too busy talking and laughing with each other to acknowledge me. All it takes is a simple “hello, if you need any help just over here”. I ended up leaving and visiting another dealer in Norwich instead, where I had a brilliant experience and bought a brand new bike.
