We believe that luxury and beauty need not be compromised when making ethical packaging choices. Don't be fooled by our name, "Tiny Box Company" - our stock is held in one huge warehouse and we carry millions of boxes and bags in stock at all times. We successfully secured funding on the popular TV programme, Dragon's Den, in 2008; we have been steadily growing since and celebrate our 10th birthday this year.

Very poor service and no progress on order
I had a very disappointing experience with Tiny Box Company.
I placed an order for customised gold bar gift boxes with a specific design, and despite waiting, there has been no real progress at all. It feels like the order has just been sitting there with no action taken.
Communication has also been frustrating. Instead of clear updates or timelines, I’ve had to chase their support team multiple times without getting a proper resolution.
If the company is not able to handle custom design work, they should not be accepting such orders in the first place. This has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
Overall, very unprofessional service. I would not recommend them, especially if you are working to a deadline or need reliable delivery.

First class products and customer service
Not only do I like their products I have also just had a fantastic customer service experience. My order had been delayed or possibly lost by the courier. When I contacted them to find out more I had a response within minutes to my email and - although not their fault at all, Rebecca at Tiny Box Company pulled out all the stops to re-send my order and ensure it arrived within a very short time. I am very happy with that outcome and will definitely remain a loyal customer for the future.

Thanks to Tiny Box Company, I found exactly what I needed.
The boxes that they supplied came flat packed, were easy to assemble, very sturdy, of excellent quality and looked great.

I’ve looked into your order and can see it was placed on 10th February at 9:37am, processed promptly, and dispatched the following day (11th February). According to the courier tracking, delivery was successfully completed on 14th February at 3:18pm.
This falls within the 2–5 working day delivery service selected at checkout. That said, I’m sorry to hear the delivery felt longer than expected, we do understand how frustrating waits can feel when you’re looking forward to your order.
For future orders, we also offer faster delivery options with alternative couriers, including next working day services, should you ever need your items more urgently.

I only needed one tiny box and was surprised to find I didn’t have a minimum order of amount to buy. My little box which was for my grandsons 18th Birthday bracelet came in perfect condition and promptly too .I would definitely order / recommend again
