I ordered 4 Goodyear Winter Command on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday—very fast delivery. I found the price of the tires were very reasonable.

First time is a charm
This is the first time the delivery information mess up that I only received 3 tires but delivered show 1 tire delivered the day before, when I call tire rack they say sorry and offered credit for me for compensation but the installer are very good, they installed 3 of them first and the following when the fourth one arrive they call me and complete the installation of my tire.

Hi Cheung, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been and we have reached out to you for additional information.
Beyond frustrating!
Just seems impossible to get anyone to respond to my requests for a return phone call. I have sent every bit of information they requested. Same auto generated response “need more” info. WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED?!?!?
Quit playing games and deny the warranty……, unbelievable!!
Not very customer friendly
Pitifully sad!

Great experience
Great experience. Not only do I love the free road hazard insurance. I ordered the tires on Tuesday. They said they would arrive Thursday but instead arrived a day early on Wednesday. Great price along, road hazard insurance and quick delivery. Top notch.

Tires were delivered in timely manner. Actually came a day earlier than what the tracking app said. Tires were packaged professionally and delivered in mint condition. Tires/wheel package were balanced properly and came with everything needed to install immediately. I highly recommend.

Another awesome experience!
I have purchased tires from tire rack at least 6 times and I have had nothing but the best experience with them! Their website is easy to navigate and find tires I’m looking for (and even better ones I wasn’t aware of!) the shipping is fast and easy and now I’m having them delivered to a local affiliated tire shop to make it even easier. Love Tire Rack!
