Habe vor über 3 Monate etwas bestellt und es kam nie an. Sie bieten sachen an die Sie gar nie haben. Imerhin konnte ich mein Geld zurück holen. Leute passt auf es gab schon mal eine änliche Seite die dan zu viele Stonierungen hatte und dan kein Geld mehr auszahlen konnte und weg wahren Sie.

We are sorry you could not get your box of 151 cards at the lower release price compared to other sites. As per our records we provided a full refund the same day as requested. We would never not service our customers. Hopefully you can find other avenues for your cards if this experience was not satisfactory.

Titan Toyz is PokeJapan 2.0
Titan Toyz is PokeJapan 2.0 They have taken thousands of preorders for Japanese Booster Boxes recently and continue to delay their shipping date. When confronted they "guarantee" you will receive the product, but cannot tell you when. Mark my words that this is the first of a long list of complaints as I expect that 3 months from now people will still be trying to get their orders fulfilled. Even though the site is linked to a brick and mortar in Canada I believe they have NO distributor connections in Japan and will continue to take preorders for another few months before closing shop and making off with everyone's $$.

After reviewing the details of your interaction with our team, I understand that you feel we may have not serviced your request. I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused you. Please know that it is never our intention. The Pokemon card market is in high demand, especially the Japanese card market. We do not control when these releases happen. The date as stated on the product pages is an estimate and can move at any time.
We responded to your many requests to offer a refund if you chose not to wait. As per our records you did not want the refund, which we would have happily applied at any time. Also according to our records we have sent your other orders on time and without additional shipping charges.
We do not have a long list of complaints and if your intentions are to write a review on baseless facts then that is your option. But we deny these allegations.
We try very hard to get as many cards as possible but as any true collector of these cards know, they are very difficult to get at times.
Another thing we try to do is not over price. These cards are provided by us at very competitive prices on first release. This comes with the challenge of getting the right supply at these lower prices.
