AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Customer service is utterly useless. It's a shame because I really like some of their products. I've been waiting almost three weeks for a return to process (since delivery to their warehouse), contacted customer service multiple times to ask if they could just verify receiving my package.However apparently their online agents have NO WAY AT ALL to contact their warehouse, or so I'm told. So the best response I received multiple times is "maybe it'll process this week, if not maybe try back next week." Mind you this is a package with a few hundred dollars worth of gloves. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for a while, but this is the final straw for me. If my return is not processed by the end of the week I will be reporting their charges as fraud, as well as filing a report with the BBB.

Final lesson learned- NEVER ORDER FROM A COMPANY WITHOUT A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER!!!

Title Stands For To Ignorant To Love Easily

Took forever fir my stuff to get here then when it dud, speed bag hook was missing. My workout delayed over a dollar hook? Could have been prevented. I bought my own from Home depot. This company leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

DO NOT believe anything they say.
Manager is trying to avoid me. They refused to refund me the money because it has to be a "30 day notice". Customer service is horrible unless you're not trying to cancel membership. They charge you money even though you're not using membership.

I’m very disappointed in this website

I’m very disappointed in this website. My item was told that it was delivered on December 5,2019 & today is December 24, 2019. I am supposed to receive this package within 5-6 business as I was told, & I still haven’t received my package. It was supposed to be delivered before Christmas & was supposed to be given as a present. To add on top of that the original shipping I paid for “Standard” was $32 added to the item I already had in my cart. That kinda shook me but my little brother really wanted the shoes & I wanted it in time so I got it, no matter the shipping price. I’ve contacted the company & was told that my item was to be fully delivered by January 3, 2020. This really upsets me that I had paid $32 for shipping & I haven’t even gotten it in the time it was needed. I understand that at this time of the year it is busy but I ordered it almost 3 weeks prior to Christmas & still nothing. It’s just very upsetting that I pay so much for shipping & still nothing is in the mail & I have to wait till next year for it to come in.

Customer Service is Rude

Customer service is rude and unwilling to help. They refused to refund/cancel my gift card I purchased as a gift and the only reason I was told was that “the funds were already out there” and can’t be canceled. Make sure you read the entire ridiculously long list of disclaimers before you purchase anything from Title Boxing. There unwillingness to even attempt to helpful was amazingly terrible. I will never recommended Title Boxing to anyone and I will never do business with them again.

Came here and loved it until I saw my credit card statement!

Came here and loved it. However, I was misled about the membership amount. I've even taken up the issue with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I requested to pay in full for the annual membership. I was told one price, then charged an additional monthly fee for months later. I have spoken highly of this place, but I'll make sure to tell people asking that they should go elsewhere. I asked to cancel due to this misleading information and they choose to do what's best for them. Bad way to do business for such a new gym.

Annual membership cost: $263 to sign up the first day + $105.29 for every month after that.

Make sure that you are absolutely sure that you want to deal with a manager/owner (Pierre) who will avoid you if he doesn't want to deal with your issues. I should've done more research before signing up with this company because they already have a lot of complaints against them regarding their membership agreements.

Would I recommend? No. People have asked me about this gym and since they can't do the right thing, I'll let people know not to come here.

Will I be back? Nope!

Very unethical and unprofessional…

Very unethical and unprofessional stuff. They send you bad products and don't stand for quality. Customer service people are rude and offensive or this is their policy to brush off customers like that. They allow themselves offensive and discriminative language. Hide CEO name and don't let you speak to upper management. Customer service management don't understand anything, screams at you and hang up the phones. Terrible. Stay away!

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT.

I moved to the area near title boxing and I signed a contract because I had started a job and I was going to be living there for a while and unfortunate events happened in my life and I had to move back home which is over 2 hours away. They refused to cancel the contract and they are either trying to make me pay my monthly fee or buy out the contract. Even though I was attending regularly and there is no gym near me. There are no exceptions made they will try to collect whatever money they can no matter if you moved and can not attend. there is no gym near me the closest title gym to me now as 2 hours and they are still trying to make me pay. Luckily my card expired and now dealing with collection threats, corporate doesn't care. Find a small local gym and help out local businesses. LESSON LEARNED

Absolute waste of time!!

Purchased a boxing bag stand which looked really high quality!! It wasnt cheap but i was willing to buy it as it looked really good. Paid around $400 shipping also.

Around a week later they canceled the order and stated my card couldn't be verified! Lol!!

I use this card virtually every day without a problem.

They told me to pay via paypal.

An absolute waste of time

Avoid at all costs

horrible customer service

Ordered $240 worth of equipment and paid by credit card. A few days later I recieved an email saying that they weren't able to process my order due to my shipping address being different than my mailing address. I phoned in and tried to identify myself, but they said due to "fraud" they still wouldn't be able to complete my order and they asked me to go to the bank and change my credit card to my shipping address. This order was meant to be a gift for someone and don't see how they couldn't accomodate this. I have never come across this type of situation and have used my credit card in the past with different shipping addresses with no problem whatsoever. I asked to cancel my order and to my surprise, they were happy to cancel it immediately.As I am writing this, I realize that I am happy to have canceled my order since I noticed all of their bad reviews. It seems they don't care about their customers.

Not worth the trouble

it's an okay website as long as you know that what you are purchasing is a good, and proper fitting product. However the shipping is not only outrageous but untrue. I paid 32$ for 2 day shipping and it took 6 days... 32$?! Seriously!!! I didn't even pay that for my tv. I much rather pay the extra money to have my product show up on time.

Returns policy = you pay for shipping and insurance. And they sure as hell didn't insure the package they sent me. Now I'm stuck with a pair of glove a that don't fit and you be lll be out of your mind if you think I'm going to pay shipping a couple more times , to send them back and to get another product sent to me. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else, unless you're okay with paying a minimum of 16 to ship something.

Beware of International Delivery

All seemed good when I placed my order for a product of $99.00 USD. They even gave me a 20% discount due to being a first time customer. Once the order was placed, there was quite a large shipping fee but I decided to roll with it because I really wanted the product. After the order was placed and they already charged my card, I got an email saying the shipping charges increased (there goes my 20% discount) for unknown reason and there would also be an additional "unknown charge" from UPS once the delivery arrived. The cost of everything became outrageous so I had to cancel my order and now I'm waiting to see if I'll get refunded. Very unprofessional and inconvenient... I will not be ordering from them again unless they make things right. Not a happy customer as I like their products and was looking forward to ordering often.

Terrible

I've purchased goods for a Christmas pressie in Nov 2016 to be sent from USA to Australia.
The products ( tracksuit and shin pads guards) were average price if converted in FX but at the end of the day, it was a requested gift. It was justified to pay $52USD ( approx $78AUD) for delivery as intital quote and paid invoice.
48hrs later Title boxing came back and said that an additional $35usd ( $50AUD) needs to be charged for extra shipping cost because of the dimension and weight of the product. I just couldn't fathom paying over $120aud just for postage. I've ordered from USA before and NEVER have paid that much. I even questioned them and asked for the proof of freight charges to be included, unfortunately they could not provide. I've paid $50usd at max, however I've only ordered clothes , not shin pads. Reluctant, I went ahead and authorised the additional charge for postage with PayPal.
24 hrs later theyd come and say the shin guards are out and will not be back in stock, yet my tracksuit is on the way.
This was rather disappointing but I figured they automatically refund the shin guards and postage as any company would. When I voiced my disappointment, I had an urge to remind them about the refund ( bcos most company following a " sorry , it's not in stock , we will refund your money etc" spill) they've replied promised guards will be refunded in 3-5 business days

1) they should have told me the guards were out before sending the order. I could have got tracksuit here is Oz or ordered something else if I was to pay $70Aud worth of delivery. Absurd cost.
2) I couldn't understand why they wouldn't check their stock levels before sending out a message to ask for additional courier cost.

I followed them up regarding neglect checking stock and refunding the extra charge for the " extra cost of delivery because of the dimension and size of the product" , one I've paid for but out of stock.

To be fair, I was willing to let go and meet in the middle, paying $52 USD for just tracksuit delivery ( one item that weighs less then 1 kg).
They refused to refund the delivery extra charge and offered a store credit for the "confusion". I didn't want it ever.
There forward , I had to PayPal dispute my shin pads refund because they didn't action the refund.
Still working on my delivery.

I wouldn't they're say scam, but just a poor company, bad communication skills, sloopy service and lack of attention.

Positive- quick delivery and they did reply back to my emails.
I would say, benefit if the doubt because they didn't have the stock they used the additional charge of delivery to get the most premium cost of freight to get to Australia quicker. Agreed, it was quick, but I never asked for it to be quick. I would have appreciated communication and money back from an absurd amount of delivery cost.

In a nutshell. If you Live in the states and can drop by the gym/ store . Would be ace.
International- stay away. I know the person I bought this for has mentioned it to all his boxing buddies that he trains with the experience I had to go through. The prices might seem cheap but by the end, it'll cost just the same if not more and extra headache and time.

Negative experience always spreads like wildfire!

Best experience online ever, super fast service and awesome customer service. I ordered a shirt that when came in was a little small, I sent it back and re ordered a bigger size and got it the next day. Awesome, Title you all are awesome! I recommend you guys to everyone.
